US President Joe Biden has no plans to travel to Ukraine to see for himself the aftermath of the war against Russia, the White House said on Monday. The statement, which reinforces an earlier statement, came after President Volodymyr Zelensky invited the Democrat to visit the country and see the devastation caused by the Russian invasion. In the Ukrainian's view, although the trip involved security issues, there was an expectation that the American would accept the invitation, which is not likely to happen.  "There are no plans for President Biden to travel to Ukraine," mentioned Jen Psaki, a White House spokeswoman. However, she confirmed that there are plans for a high-ranking US government official to be sent to Ukraine.
